Cancellation Policy with Duration

School of the Brain understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and flexible with our cancellation policy.

Full Refund:

​

• You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your course registration at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.

• If the course is cancelled by School of the Brain due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

​

Partial Refund:

​

• Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• We encourage you to reschedule your course for a later date instead of cancelling within this timeframe.

​

No Refund:

​

• Unfortunately, cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course start date or after the course has begun are not eligible for a refund.

​

Rescheduling:

​

• If you need to reschedule your course, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date to avoid cancellation fees.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for registration.
